Characteristics of Metal Sleeves:

  • Producing Procedure, compared to zirconium products, are much less, thus shortened the production cycle of developing new products.
  • High thermal conductivity and electric conductivity, and doesn’t influenced too much by outside temperature, no electricity inside sleeve.
  • Won't cause spread circumstance, no noise will occur under transmission procedure.
  • It has great vibration-proof quality, won’t cause dust/powder under vibration or abrade circumstances.

 

Conclusion:

Nickel sleeves are made under special procedure. Compared to Zirconium and Cooper materials used in traditional casting method, they have better properties and functions. Nickel Sleeves also combined the characteristics of metal sleeves: manufacture procedures are much less compared with ceramic sleeve, and it has better stability. Not like cooper sleeve (become rusted and fragile after splashing salt water), and nickel sleeves have better insertion loss value.
